The Historic Brookdale Lodge welcomes El Sol Santa Cruz for a festive evening of salsa on Friday November 29th from 7:00 to 10:00 pm. Come and enjoy delicious food from the Brookdale Café, including mouth-watering specials that capture the flavors of the evening. The Lounge Bar will be serving up irresistible margarita specials all night long—perfectly crafted to keep the energy high. 

El Sol is a 10 piece band devoted to Salsa music - especially Salsa Dura NY-style. The band plays original arrangements of classic 70s songs from Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barretto, and Willie Colon as well as Latin standards and even a few Beatles songs. Two singers, two trombones, flute, bongo, conga, timbale, keyboards and bass create an infectious groove that will bring you to the dance floor.
