The Historic Brookdale Lodge welcomes El Sol Santa Cruz for a festive evening of salsa on Saturday April 26th from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.
El Sol is an 11 piece band devoted to Salsa music - especially Salsa Dura NY-style. The band plays original arrangements of classic 70s songs from Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barretto, and Willie Colon as well as Latin standards and even a few Beatles songs. Two singers, two trombones, flute, bongo, conga, timbale, keyboards and bass create an infectious groove that will bring you to the dance floor.
